Rose Lawn, is a Keychange care home in Sidmouth, dedicated to providing personalized care and support for the elderly in a comfortable setting.

The Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will:

Supervise and support care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily routines as needed. Conduct staff handovers, briefings, and ensure shift tasks are completed. Monitor and maintain care records, incident reports, and compliance documentation. Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practices and professional development. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

About You

Friendly, compassionate, and empathetic Positive, can-do attitude with great communication skills Strong previous care experience within a similar setting (min 5 years combined) Pervious Senior Care experience NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 5 and driven to succeed Passionate about providing high-quality care and companionship
