Salary:

30,000 per annum, plus Fuel Card

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

Didcot, Wallingford, Abingdon and surrounding areas

As a Deputy Manager, you'll be at the heart of this mission, leading a dedicated team in the Ferndown and Wimborne areas.

Your Role



As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our services in the Ferndown and Wimborne areas. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Care:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

On-Call Duties:

Managing on-call responsibilities every other weekend, including providing direct care coverage when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensuring services are delivered in line with legislative requirements and company policies. Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems.

Team Leadership:

Conducting regular staff reviews, managing training schedules, and supporting team development.

Client Engagement:

Performing new client assessments and attending external meetings to represent Bloomfield Care positively.

Who We're Looking For



We are seeking individuals who:

Qualifications:

Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and are willing to pursue NVQ Level 5.

Experience:

Have previous care experience (essential) and management experience (highly desirable).

Skills:

Strong people management abilities, Quality-driven approach, Excellent communication skills, Passion for delivering high-quality care

Other Requirements:

Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
