We are currently recruiting professional and compassionate

Care Workers

to join our growing team. This role involves delivering personal and practical care to vulnerable adults, helping them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans and CQC standards Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment (hoists, mobility aids) Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration Administer and record medication as required Build trusting relationships and offer emotional and social support Monitor and report changes in health or wellbeing Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS check

(must be completed and up to date)
?

Full and up-to-date training

in mandatory care subjects (including safeguarding, moving & handling, medication administration, infection control, etc.)

Relevant care qualifications

- Minimum of

Care Certificate

or

Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

(or equivalent)
?

Experience in domiciliary or residential care

is highly preferred
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Right to work in the UK
? Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Desirable

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or working towards it Experience supporting clients with complex needs
