We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled
Complex Care Workers
to deliver high-quality, person-centred
adult home care
for individuals with complex clinical and health needs in their own homes.
The successful candidate will support adults with long-term and life-limiting conditions, promoting dignity, safety, and independence while delivering care in line with detailed care plans, clinical protocols, and CQC standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through one-to-one complex care in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver
individualised complex home care
to adults in their own homes
Provide personal care including washing, dressing, continence care, and mobility support
Support with
moving and handling
, including hoisting and use of specialist equipment
Administer
medications
safely in line with MAR charts, care plans, and organisational policies
Provide
PEG feeding
and enteral nutrition support in line with training, competency assessments, and care plans
Support individuals using
Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
, ensuring correct use, monitoring, and escalation of concerns
Use
cough assist machines
safely to support respiratory health where required
Provide
stoma care
, maintaining hygiene, skin integrity, and dignity
Monitor health observations and promptly report any changes or concerns to senior staff and healthcare professionals
Respond appropriately to emergencies following care plans and first aid procedures
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and the care coordination team
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with CQC regulations at all times
Experience and Requirements
Previous experience in
adult complex home care
is essential
Proven experience with
PEG feeding, medication administration, NIV, cough assist, and stoma care
Ability to follow
clinical protocols, risk assessments, and detailed care plans
Strong understanding of infection prevention and control
A compassionate, professional, and respectful approach to adult care
Physically able to carry out moving and handling tasks safely
Good communication skills and reliable record-keeping
A valid driving licence is beneficial but not essential (depending on care package)

Pay: 12.30-13.00 per hour
