We are looking for passionate Children's Residential Care Workers to join our team in Derby (Mickleover/Littleover).
This is a challenging but incredibly rewarding full-time role where you will provide emotional support, guidance, and ensure the well-being of the children in your care.

Competitive Salary: 31,440 - 34,060 (OTE, inclusive of sleep-ins).
1,000 Sign-on Bonus.
Alternate Week Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week plus sleep-ins and on-call duties.

What You'll Need:
A QCF Level 3 or 4 in Children, Young People & Families or NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) is essential.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential childcare.
A full UK driving licence is required.
