We are based in Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, we provide bespoke services with the guidance of our management team who have vast experience of working in various healthcare sectors for many years. We are registered and regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Job description



Responsibilities are as follows:

Providing all elements of personal care, support & assistance to clients, from supporting with personal hygiene to companionship. Assist with access toilet facilities, using agreed health and safety procedures. Prompting and administering medication Assisting with meal preparation General household tasks including shopping
Requirements

A passion for making a positive difference in people's lives Good communicate skills both verbal and written Ability to maintain high standards of person centred care Motivated and positive attitude Listening & Communication Caring Nature Availability & Flexibility The Ability to organise Plan and Multi-Process Critical thinking Determination and resilience Team worker A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check A driving licence and access to your own vehicle Must have experience in the care industry
