Job description
Responsibilities are as follows:
Providing all elements of personal care, support & assistance to clients, from supporting with personal hygiene to companionship.
Assist with access toilet facilities, using agreed health and safety procedures.
Prompting and administering medication
Assisting with meal preparation
General household tasks including shopping
