Care Worker (Day Shifts - 36 Hours per Week)

Shifts:

Full-time, 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm), worked on a rota basis including some weekends.

About the Role

James Page Service (Nursing Home), part of Parkhaven Trust, is recruiting a

Day Care Worker

to join our dedicated team.

As a Care Worker, you will ensure that our service users receive the highest standards of care. You will assist them with all aspects of their personal care needs, providing support with respect, dignity, and sensitivity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Support service users with mobility and other physical disabilities. Promote the well-being and general health of service users. Help to create a person-centred care environment where each individual feels secure and valued. Act as a key worker and advocate, ensuring that service users' needs are met. Attend service users' meetings as required by the manager. Understand the needs of older and younger people living with dementia and related conditions.

Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for service users and staff. Have previous care experience (desirable but not essential).
