We're looking for kind, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Workers. You don't need experience or qualifications--just a big heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting residents with daily tasks, including personal care and companionship Encouraging independence and helping residents live life to the fullest Providing one-to-one support and building meaningful relationships Working as part of a dedicated team that puts residents' wellbeing first

Role details:

Full time 36 hours a week or Part time 12 or 24 hours a week

Shift pattern 7.45am-7.45pm, 3 days per week.

Working every other weekend is expected and some flexibility to cover annual leave on night shifts is desirable.
