The Role

We're looking for a Domiciliary Support Worker to join our growing team. You'll be caring for people in their own homes, providing essential support, encouragement, and companionship. Every visit helps clients remain independent, confident, and connected to their community, and your support will make a real difference.

What You'll Do

Provide warm, person-centred care in daily activities Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs Support clients in accessing community resources and activities Monitor well-being and report any health changes Administer medication (full training provided) Keep accurate records of care provided Work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care

What We're Looking For

Experience in home care, support work, or assisted living (preferred but not essential -- full training provided*)
Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy Team player with strong communication skills

A full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle
