What We are Looking For

Experience

: Care experience in domiciliary, senior care, nursing homes (

preferred

)

Transport

: Own vehicle & valid driving license (

BIG advantage

)

Qualifications

: NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (

desirable

)

Skills

: Communication Skills and Medication administration (

preferred

)

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care

, ensuring clients' comfort and dignity

Assist with daily activities

such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility

Administer medication

as prescribed, monitor health changes, and maintain a safe home environment

Offer companionship

and help with appointments, errands, and outings

Maintain accurate records

of care logs and report concerns promptly

Effective Communication with clients and care team
