What Your Day Could Involve

Being a key worker for designated service users Providing personal and practical care with sensitivity and respect Promoting wellbeing through meaningful activities and social contact Liaising with families and health professionals Keeping accurate records and sharing updates with the team Helping to create a safe, homely and personalised environment

About You

You're compassionate, patient and reliable. You believe in caring for others with empathy and respect. Ideally, you'll hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards it. You'll have basic computer skills, be registered with the SSSC and part of the PVG Scheme. You'll also share and uphold our Christian ethos in your work.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.


This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
