Overview


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, community, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities



Assist clients with Daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, patient behavior, and overall condition Administer medications following prescribed care plans and HIPAA regulations Support patients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and sanitation tasks Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers Document patient observations, care provided, and any changes in condition accurately Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a caring environment Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities when necessary

Skills



Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care is preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Certification in First Aid is highly desirable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease Ability to assist with medication administration, and meal preparation Strong communication skills ( spoken and written ) with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate demeanor with patience and empathy for diverse needs Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required (e.g., resident transfers) Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information Experience working with people with disabilities or chronic conditions such as dementia or memory impairments is advantageous This role is vital in providing respectful, personalized care that promotes independence and well-being. We seek caring professionals eager to support individuals through compassionate caregiving tailored to their unique needs. Candidate should possess full UK driver's license and other required certificates/ documents
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week

Experience:

* Driving: 1 year (preferred)
