, our small, dynamic team is growing! We're seeking a

compassionate and creative Care Worker

to join us in providing essential support and mentorship to our female client in

Leamington Spa

.

We have a full time position available to work specifically with a lady at her home diagnosed with bipolar disorder but paralysed and a wheelchair user. There is some personal care required in the role. Full training is provided. She lives in Lillington, Leamington Spa. We work there from 10 am to 11.30 pm with a sleep-in and have a shift pattern in place, where we work one day on, two days off. It is a full-time position. Extra hours are also possible with the outreach team. We also require a car driver for the above position.

Your role will be key in offering both emotional and practical support, helping clients navigate these challenges and seize those opportunities. We work closely with individuals, empowering them to express their true selves.

This role offers the chance to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), mental health coordinators, and clinicians. Our standard contract includes 36 hours per week, paid at an

hourly rate of 12.50

, with an additional

55 per night for sleep-ins

. We operate on a rotating shift pattern, promoting a healthy work-life balance. There are 2.3 sleep-ins per week. Please note that this schedule includes weekends and bank holidays. We offer full training and provide ongoing support to help you grow in areas that interest you.

Salary and Benefits:

- Starting pay at 12.50 per hour and 55 per sleep-in shift.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is person-centered, positively inclined, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage time effectively and complete records accurately is essential.
