We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated domiciliary care workers to join our team. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and a high quality of life. Responsibilities
Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking
Administer prescribed medication in accordance with care plans
Offer emotional support and companionship
Carry out light household duties, including cleaning and laundry
Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
Maintain accurate care records and follow company procedures
Respect client confidentiality and promote independence at all times
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine empathy and patience when supporting others
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be willing to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred, as travel between clients' homes may be required
