AmberGreen Health & Social Care Ltd is looking for female community Care Workers to work with service users in their own homes ( Domiciliary care), in and around the Luton, Hemel Hempstead area, Chesham and Watford area - a full time.

The candidate must be a car owner with business insurance also holding full UK driving licence

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting and caring for our clients in their own homes

Personal care

Assistance with Medication

Meal preparation and supporting with meal intake

Shopping and light housekeeping duties

Working alongside and providing support to other staff
