Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults and children. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity while delivering personalised care tailored to their unique needs.

Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client status to the appropriate personnel.

Desirable criteria

A valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and their families. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in your care. A full induction training is provided and you will be part of a very supportive team. Flexibility around work pattern is available to accommodate the child care needs.
