Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to adults and children in their home care settings or in the community. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those with dementia or other health challenges.

Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Administer/prompt medication and monitor the health and well-being of clients as needed. Assist with mobility and transportation, including driving clients to appointments or social activities. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to dementia care and patient care best practices.
Qualifications

Previous experience in care settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with dementia care techniques is an advantage. A valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. A caring attitude combined with patience and resilience in challenging situations. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
