We're looking for a kind, caring, and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Worker. You don't need experience or qualifications--just a big heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting residents with daily tasks, including personal care and companionship Encouraging independence and helping residents live life to the fullest Providing one-to-one support and building meaningful relationships Working as part of a dedicated team that puts residents' wellbeing first

Role details:

35 hours a week-5 x 7 hour shifts a week

Working every other weekend is expected and some flexibility to cover annual leave on night shifts is desirable.
