Job Overview

We are seeking caring, compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our brand new team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals in their own homes in the Sidcup, Bexley and surrounding areas. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through various support services.

Responsibilities

Prepare nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of clients. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage participation and well-being whether it is no their home or in the community. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Document care provided.

Requirements

Previous experience in support work is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A genuine passion for providing high-quality support. Access to a vehicle for work is preferred however application from non drivers are welcomed.
