We are delighted to advertise the positions of Care Support Worker within our Community Support team. These position will be

based at our Supported Living scheme for older adults in Bentley Heath, or at our Supported Living scheme for younger adults in Hampton-In-Arden. Both will require personal care.

Our teams are friendly, dedicated, and passionate about providing high quality care for our clients. If you have a similar outlook in caring for vulnerable adults (with learning disabilities), we would be pleased to receive your application.

Please note no formal care experience is necessary. We are more interested in your caring qualities than we are with your career background! If you are reliable we can coach you.

We are recruiting for:

Care Support Worker

- posts ranging from 8 hours through to 48 hours per week based at B93 8PE (Bentley Heath) or B92 0BD (Hampton-In-Arden).

Pay & Benefits:

*Pay is at 12.21 per hour for week days and a 12.5% premium per hour for weekends and bank holidays.

*If you are required to travel we pay at 0.45 per mile, and travel time is paid within contracted or overtime hours.

*Enrolment is automatic for the People Pension scheme where the trust pays a contribution of 3%, the tax authorities pay 1%, and the employee pays 4% of the gross earnings.

*Annual leave starts at 22 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata, rising to 25 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata after three years of service.

*Life assurance is set to two times your contracted salary.

*The trust pays up to 500 for referring a friend who completes a six month probationary period and another 250 after a further six months.

*Car parking is free at all our sites.

*Regular pay increases subject to business performance.

*Free tea, coffee and milk.

*We pay for your DBS check.

*We have an Employee Welfare programme which includes free counselling.

*A full driving licence.

*Access to your own vehicle.

*Business insurance on your vehicle that allows you to take clients home in your car.

*Compassion for adults with learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health problems.

*Willing to work overtime during busy periods to cover annual leave and sickness.
