Care Worker
in Chase Heys, PR9 7LG.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of our dedicated team of Care Workers at Chase Heys. We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our integrated team, providing exceptional care and housing-related support in our Respite and Intermediate Care home.
As a Care Worker at New Directions, you will:
Deliver Comprehensive Care
: Work collaboratively to meet the assessed care needs of our service users, ensuring your approach respects their dignity and promotes their independence.
Provide Personalized Support
: Develop and implement personalized Care Plans for each service user, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
Perform Essential Care Duties
: Assist with personal care, dietary needs, and a variety of community-based daily living tasks and therapeutic activities.
Achieve Care Outcomes
: Collaborate with service users to carry out all aspects of their Care Plans, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes.

What we need from you:
A caring nature and strong values of compassion and inclusion.
Experience of working with vulnerable people within a care environment is advantageous, but not essential.
Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 or equivalent is desirable.
Ability to pass the screening process for Enhanced DBS check.
Valid Right to Work in the UK without any limitations or restrictions.
You must be over 18 years old.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
