Job Description
Ronti Care Solutions is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our growing team.
Some of the responsibilities will include :
Liaising with Service Users, families, care staff and other professional to ensure an efficient service provision and resolve complaints.
Support with medications as prescribed
Help client with personal care task such as washing/shower, dressing etc
Support with meal preparation
Support or supervise transfers
Support client with shopping
Safeguarding clients.
Support with housework
Experience care
Qualification in Health and social care or equivalent
Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to learn new software packages
Organised and good customer service skills as you will be the first point of call to all staff and clients
Willingness to undertake care calls in the community.
