dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants

to support our service users in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Implement and follow personalised care plans to meet the specific needs of each client. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a clean and safe environment in both care home settings and clients' homes.

Experience

Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members. Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and reporting is advantageous. A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle is desirable Experience in home care or working within a care home setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
