We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals in both care home and home care settings. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour. Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and dignity. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring safe transportation. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential. A good command of English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Basic IT skills to manage documentation and communicate effectively within the team. A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients as part of the role.
