What You'll Do:

As a Carecall Officer (CCO), you'll manage a patch of 200 customers. This includes keeping all customer records accurate and up-to-date by regularly contacting them and building relationships with your customers and their families.


Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Answering calls and handling call-center type queries related to customer wellbeing. Visiting customers in their homes and installing simple equipment (full training provided). Providing compassionate and empathetic care for our customers' overall wellbeing.

A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role. Whilst you will have use of a company vehicle, you may need to use your own vehicle in emergencies.
