We are looking for a Careers Administrator who can play a key role in supporting our pupils by organising careers events, maintaining records, and assisting with post-16 applications.
This role is a great opportunity to use your organisational and communication skills while directly supporting pupils as they prepare for their future.

What will you do? Provide administrative support to the school's careers programme, including scheduling 1:1 sessions, coordinating guest speakers, and assisting with careers events.
Support pupils during careers activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.
Assist with the administration of work experience placements, post-16 applications, and related financial processes.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, using systems such as PS-16, and carry out routine clerical and ICT tasks.
Comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection policies while contributing to the wider ethos and aims of the school.

What are we looking for?
Experience of general clerical /administrative work
Evidence of the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Effective use of ICT packages and keyboard skills
Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and pay attention to detail
Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school
