Careers Hub Enterprise Coordinator



Part Time 18.5 hours per week. Fixed term contract until December 2026.




Solihull Careers Hub are looking for an Enterprise Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will, help connect schools, colleges, and employers so every young person in Solihull can access high?quality careers support.


A key part of this role will be leading the development and rollout of the new Modern Work Experience programme, working closely with pilot schools to embed innovative, future-focused approaches that ensure young people gain meaningful, high-quality opportunities to prepare them for the world of work.

What You Will Be Doing



Lead the work on embedding the Modern Work Experience programme, ensuring schools and colleges are ready to deliver innovative, high-quality placements that reflect the needs of today's employers and young people Work directly with pilot schools, supporting them to test, refine, and champion new models of work experience that can be scaled across Solihull Support schools and colleges to strengthen their careers provision, connecting them with employers and Enterprise Advisers (EAs) Facilitate partnerships between schools, colleges, employers, and stakeholders to improve career outcomes for young people Drive progress using frameworks such as the Gatsby Benchmarks and the Careers Impact System Monitor and evaluate careers programmes to ensure quality and measurable impact Represent the Careers Hub at networking events and through stakeholder engagement

To be considered for this post, you will need to demonstrate:



Level 4 qualification or above in a relevant subject and/ or demonstrable experience in a similar role. A proven track record of working with schools, colleges, and employers Experience in stakeholder management and communication, ideally in education or careers Experience supporting schools and colleges to implement the Gatsby Benchmarks framework A strong understanding of the challenges schools and colleges face in delivering careers education Knowledge of national and local policies relating to skills and employment Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Digital literacy and confidence using IT and social media to amplify impact

In this role you will be expected to work flexibly on occasions, in order to meet the needs of the service.

Working on a hybrid basis; this role will include a combination of home and office working as well as attending schools and partner venues for meetings.

This post will require an enhanced DBS check for working with Children.
