I just love it ! after working for other care Companies I couldn't believe how different it is here , staff are lovely , we support each other , we are always being told "how well " we are doing , it makes a big difference to staff moral .. Giving all personal care- such as showering , dressing Medication administration- prompt Prepare food Light Domestic duties Social visits - visits to zoo - friends - church Shopping We have professional hairdressers - so this helps with our customers who can no longer get out.
We are a small provider with only 2 offices one in Chester and one in the Wirral . We give regular rotas and customers to staff this enables us to give a quality service and staff can spend their time getting to know their customers .This position is for the Chester area only. You can work part time or full time the choice is yours.
