You'll have:

Essential Criteria:
Aged 18 or over
Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
DBS check and references (we'll guide you through this)

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and support to people in their own homes
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
Monitor and document patient health and behavior, ensuring safety and comfort.
Drive clients to appointments as needed, maintaining a valid driving license.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
