Carehome Support Worker
Job Description
Eleanor Hodson House is a Residential and General Nursing Home situated on the outskirts of the historic village of Caerleon. We are within our own beautiful grounds and gardens offering views over the surrounding countryside and river Usk.
We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our existing team to help provide care for our 32 residents. We have both day and night shifts available, as well as full or part time hours.
Must be registered with Social Care Wales.
QCF Level 2 or above preferred but full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for care and be a good communicator and enjoy team work.
The role involves supporting elder people with daily activities, including personal care, meals, mobility and medication if required.
Full training will be provided including manual handling, dementia and safeguarding by our in house trainer.
