About the Role:

As a Care & Support Associate, you'll provide essential care services that truly matter - from personal care and meal preparation to companionship and emotional support. You'll be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs Assist clients with daily routines and activities Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the team

What We're Looking For:

A compassionate, reliable, and caring nature Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)

Must hold a full Driving License, have access to your own car, and business car insurance

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
