Summary

As a Caregiver at Capital Care Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your compassionate support will help them maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the care they need. This position is essential to our mission of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support residents with mobility and heavy lifting as required. Administer medication and monitor health conditions under supervision. Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and report any changes in resident conditions.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care and assisted living practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature are essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively. First aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
