Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality personal care and support to individuals in need. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being in a respectful and caring manner. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Duties

Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Administer medication reminders as prescribed and assist with medical appointments. Follow care plans and document care provided accurately. Support clients in engaging in recreational activities or hobbies to promote mental well-being.

Qualifications

Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients of all ages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are a plus for community-based care roles. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
