Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and attentive Carer to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will support residents with their daily activities, promote their comfort and safety, and contribute to creating a warm, respectful community. Your enthusiasm and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support residents with daily routines including meal times, medication reminders, and recreational activities Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the senior team promptly Foster a positive environment by engaging residents in conversation and social activities Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions Ensure the safety and comfort of residents at all times by adhering to health and safety protocols Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver personalized care tailored to each resident's needs

Experience

Previous experience in a caring or support role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to resident interaction Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends and holidays if required A genuine passion for caring for older adults and enhancing their quality of life Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to care environments

Pay: 12.60 per hour
