Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance, particularly seniors and those requiring hospice care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. Your commitment to providing exceptional care will make a significant difference in their lives.

Duties

Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. Support clients in daily living activities such as mobility and personal hygiene. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. monitor health conditions when necessary. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Previous experience in senior care, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of first aid practices is an advantage. Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and empathy towards clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and moving clients safely. Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
