As a

Carer on nights

, you'll be helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supported environment.


You'll:


Support residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing Work closely with the care team to maintain individual support plans to a high standard Build positive, trusting relationships with residents Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided) Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset

What You'll Need

We're looking for people with the right

values and attitude

You will need:

NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(or willingness to work towards it)

Social Care Wales Registration

(we'll support you through this) Good written and verbal communication skills Basic IT skills (full training provided) The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

This role requires an

Enhanced DBS check

, which we pay for.
