Job Title: Care Worker

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as full training and support will be given Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients Compassionate and patient nature Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures Proficiency in English is required Possession of a car is preferred but not essential
