Job description

Carer / Senior Carer required for Residential/Nursing home.

This role is only open to candidates who are willing to cover any tattoo visible when wearing a short sleeve polo shirt. Milsom House and its grounds is a non-smoking/vaping environment.

The post holder carries out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of, and supervised by, a qualified nurse.

The post holder will conduct their relationship with all staff, residents, relatives and their parties with whom they will have contact with during the course of their duties in a positive manner. They will also acknowledge the importance of positive interpersonal skills and the maintenance of effective team work.

Qualifications

The post holder will have QCF Level 2 -3 or be willing to undertake the qualification.

You will be required to maintain a manual handling certificate. Training will be provided.

Relevant experience, education, or certificates welcome however full training will be provided.

Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential.
