About this Role



We wish to appoint a Caretaker to work as part of our Facilities Team at our Bierton Hill Campus which provides education for 49 young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and / or Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and pro-active, who will help provide a safe, efficient, and effective learning and working environment for students and staff. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming school environment. Based at our Bierton Hill campus we require someone who has a driving licence and has the flexibility to work across various sites in Bucks.

HOURS:



The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 7.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7.30am - 3.00pm Friday (with a half hour unpaid lunch break each day).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Ensuring the safety, security and cleanliness of the school premises Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs Opening and closing the school buildings
