Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Premises Department. You will work as part of a team and day to day duties will include the maintenance of premises and plant, security of the buildings and site, movement of goods and equipment, setting up of facilities, minor grounds maintenance works, lettings and ensuring the inside and outside environment are well maintained and the premises meet Health and Safety requirements. The hours of work will generally be from 8 am to 4 pm. This role is temporary and it is anticipated it will last until 31 December 2025. The annual salary is 24,413 per annum.
