The salary for this post will be Grade 6, 25,989 per annum plus a matrix payment for split shifts.


This post is permanent, all year round, full time for 37 hours per week.


Working pattern is a split shift 6:00am 9:30am and 2.00pm 6:00pm on Monday to Thursday, and 6:00am 9:00am and 2:00pm 6:00pm on a Friday.


Caretaking and Cleaning Services are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated Caretaker, you will be based at St Stephen's CE Primary, Colville Drive, Bury, BL8 2DX. You will be expected to do some DIY work and site maintenance as well as be able to clean, supervise cleaners and ensure the safety and security of the site.


You must be physically capable of undertaking the duties required. Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
