We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Caretaker
to join our dedicated site team. This vital role supports the smooth running of our school by maintaining the site, ensuring security, and upholding health and safety standards.Details:
Hours:
37.5 to 40 hours per weekSalary:
15.95 to 17 per hourStart Date:
ASAPENHANCED DBS IS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, maintenance tasks, and improvements. Monitor and operate heating and engineering systems. Manage site security, including opening/closing the premises and responding to callouts. Undertake portering duties, including moving heavy furniture. Carry out designated cleaning tasks and assist with deep cleaning during school holidays. Liaise with contractors for site maintenance. Maintain outdoor areas to a high standard. Support fire evacuation procedures and ensure site safety during adverse weather.

Pay: 15.95-17.00 per hour
