Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School is seeking a dedicated and proactive person to join our Site Team.



This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and well maintained environment for our pupils and staff.



Site Team roles include site safety and security, general maintenance and repairs, statutory testing, health and safety and opening and closing for community lettings.



This is a really busy role, with varied ad-hoc and responsive tasks alongside planned maintenance and routines.




The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. They will have good people skills and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including pupils, staff, Governors, colleagues from the council and tradespeople.



Part of the role involves the reporting of maintenance and emergency repairs using the Council IT platform and recording essential statutory checks and tasks on our RAMIS Risk Monitor system. Training for all computer systems and packages will be given but the successful candidate must be comfortable with using IT packages and systems. H&S and site-specific training will also be provided.
