Main Job purpose;


Co-ordinate and supervise the cleaning staff to ensure the school is cleaned to a high standard. Keyholder responsibilities and will be required to lock up the school at the end of the school day You will be required to lock up and assist in the management of any ad hoc school lettings General handyperson, painting, general maintenance and gardening tasks Undertake water compliance checks for the hub of schools (would need to be able to drive)

We will provide full training if you have not worked within a school before but ideally we are looking for:


Previous experience working in a caretaker position Has proven experience with general maintenance work and gardening Knowledge of health & safety regulations that are relevant to the post, including using relevant machinery and products Ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload * Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with members of the public and our children
