We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to provide essential support in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Duties
The general upkeep of various developments, carrying out works such as cleaning, window cleaning and gardening
The developments vary in size and will have different work loads
Skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds.
Experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
A clean driving license
