Job Description
Cafferty Group are seeking a dedicated full time Caretaker, Based in Portland, Castletown DT5.
Responsibilities
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of company premises. Ensure all areas are kept tidy, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Manage janitorial supplies and equipment. Report any repairs or maintenance issues promptly. Support the team with additional site duties as required. Maintain high standards of cleanliness to support a professional work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and maintenance. CSCS Green Card SSSTS ( Is a plus)Call-To-Action
