Job Description

Caretaker Security Officer
We are working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced Caretaker Security Officer to join their Estates & Facilities team.
This is a 6 month contract, covering 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake regular waste (including animal waste) and litter collections, cleaning and sweeping tasks.
Undertake minor building maintenance and repair tasks, in compliance with relevant legislation and good practice.
Assisting with Grounds Maintenance team, with the upkeep of external areas and grounds maintenance, as required.
Moving furniture, other materials and stores within premises and other sites.
Monitoring and management of CCTV systems in line with data protection regulations.
Undertake gritting, salt spreading and snow clearance, as required.

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role.

Essential:

SIA licence
A full clean driving licence
