Walsall College currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Caretaker to join our Estates team on a permanent basis.



You will assist in maintaining the structure and fabric of the premises and its contents as required. Carry out planned maintenance works and proactive and reactive repairs covering all areas of building maintenance and building mechanical services, across all of our campus'.



We are looking for a Confident, Motivated candidate that will provide a high standard of service. You must also have proven knowledge and experience in maintenance fields.
