Working Pattern:

7am until 8am and 3:30pm until 5:30pm

Pay Range:

Scale 3

Salary Range:

Actual Salary Range 10,371-10,536. Full Time Equivalent Salary Range 25,583-25,989

What We're Looking For



We seek a reliable and dedicated caretaker who:

Has experience in site maintenance, caretaking, or a similar role

Is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment

Can carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and health & safety checks

Is proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Communicates effectively with staff, contractors, and the wider school community

Is flexible and able to respond to the needs of the school

Is committed to supporting the values and ethos of our Church school environment

Enjoys working in a cheerful, conscientious, and supportive site team

Is creative and flexible in their approach to meet the site needs of all children

There is also a position available at St Osyth CofE Primary School, which is for 5 hours per week, Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-13:00 Actual Salary 2,963.88, which could be combined with this position at St Andrew's.

The successful candidate will meet the requirements of the job description and person specification and will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
