Caretaker
Job Description
Carry out minor repairs (plumbing leaks, door/lock fixes, painting, etc.).
Site upkeep
Maintain communal areas, entrances, and outdoor spaces.
Support projects
Conduct routine checks on toilets, break rooms, and staff facilities.
Working hours Monday-Friday 08.00-16.30
Strong practical and DIY skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit, able to lift and carry equipment as required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.86 per hour
